Aerial Real Estate
Each real estate video project is unique. I take detailed notes of the clients requests and even go as far as looking over the property prior to filming. This ensures we capture the most desirable aspects and turn the video into a compelling and memorable story for the potential buyers. It is my job to create a video that will enable viewers to easily picture themselves in this home.
Aerial Real Estate + Land
Houses and properties come in all shapes and sizes. It's much more efficient to film a property with large amounts of acreage with a drone. In this video we highlighted the beautiful Arkansas River in which the property resides along. A home like this that comes with 160 acres has so much potential and that's exactly what I tried to showcase through this video.
Land Real Estate
Whether it's one single lot or several, aerial video is the perfect tool for showcasing parcels of land. High quality drone video allows potential buyers to see much more detail than what is shown in pictures. The added subtle benefit of video is that it creates a much stronger emotional response in people.

Aerial Christmas Display Promotion
Each year the company Provalue.Net hosts a large Christmas Light display for the community to enjoy. This is their way of spreading holiday cheer to and giving back the residents. From a 200 foot lighted tower to synchronized ground displays this it is the biggest Christmas Light display in the Stillwater Oklahoma area.
Aerial Event Promotion
The Cherokee Strip Celebration is hosted by the City of Perry every year in September. This is the town's biggest annual celebration drawing crowds of over 14,000 people held in the beautiful downtown square of Perry. A entire day of events are scheduled for families to enjoy. Capturing the excitement with aerial video, ground video, and a voice over narration gives viewers an immersive look at what they can expect when the attend.
Aerial Airport Facility Promotion
The Municipal Airport located in Perry Oklahoma, is conveniently located with numerous beneficial amenities for pilots and guests. This video is an informational promotion designed to enhance the benefits of using the airport. What better wat to showcase an airport than with aerial video.
